Returns & Exchanges

At STIL, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your STIL account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they remain undamaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
